You will be trained to complete your Care Certificate which gives you all the skills you need to be a success (aside from your brilliant personality and helpful nature!). But it doesn’t stop there – if you want to progress in your career we can even offer you the opportunity to specialise with specialist skills or take our fantastic apprenticeship to become a nurse. Update – NHS employees/applicants of frontline posts at the Royal Cornwall Trust are no longer required to be fully vaccinated against COVID by 1 April 2022. This is pending the public consultation and Parliamentary review announced by the government. We may however request immunisation status but this will not impact working with the Trust.
