UI Lead Engineer
Experience - 5 Years
Birdeye is looking for hands-on technologists with strong foundations who can learn and pick up new skills on the fly. You would be working with the latest technologies to improve performance and reliability of our features, and improve our development processes as we scale our company.
Get involved in solving bugs and delivering features
Support the engineering and product teams in achieving a high level of technical quality, reliability, and ease-of-use
Develop engineers on the team and help them advance in their careers.
Serve as a thought leader and mentor on technical, architectural, design and related issues.
Estimates efforts, identifies risks, devises and meets project schedules.
Grow the team by recruiting great engineers, from outreach through close.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to solve complex problems and build products spanning across multiple teams to deliver end-to-end products & features.
Hands-on experience in React JS & Redux , Web pack, ES6.
Knowledge in Node JS
5 years or more total experience
1 years or more experience in a leadership role with current technical experience
Ability to achieve consensus amongst stakeholders
Strong communicator who can streamline the flow of information between Engineering and other teams.
