SALES MANAGEMENT
• Optimize business results through leveraging area resources and staying attuned to the changing market dynamic.
• Communicate to Store Supervisors to ensure their understanding of sales goals and KPI measurements.
• Analyze and track area performance to react to the risks and opportunities to achieve annual sales goals.
STORE OPERATIONS
• Ensure a standard model of store operations are in place that reflects local market needs and company standards.
• Provide input to store planning on new store layouts and cooperate in organizing retail operations for new store openings.
• Lead the store supervisors in building strong relationships with landlords to minimize operational issues.
• Anticipate potential risks in store operations and alert the organization accordingly.
• Look for ways to improve store operating cost efficiency whilst maintaining required standards of customer service and brand image.
• Manage all financial aspects of business operations, accounting and budgeting including: - Sales against goals; track sales versus established standards
Use of reporting tools (daily, weekly, monthly reports)

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS & EXPERIENCE
• Create and maintain value based relationships with top customers across your market.
• Monitor CRM KPI's and determine the appropriate follow-up actions.
• Interpret Mystery Shopper and NPS results together with CRM data to propose/decide on ongoing strategy and actions to improve customer experience.
• Handle major customer issues (with Director if necessary)
• Propose/stimulate activities to continuously improve the customer service.
• Analyze and use CRM data to work with store managers to develop business plans & relationship activities.
• Collect specific CRM training needs and determine the relevant actions in order to improve the customer experience.
