Sunway Lagoon Club is now recruiting for a new team member for our Accounts Department!
To ensure all restaurant bills are checked and debited to members’ accounts.
To generate auto-debit transactions for those members who subscribe to the service.
Assist to prepare timely and accurate financial report
To ensure timely billing & collection.
To generate the notice of payment, reminders, interest, and statement of accounts.
Prepare the report for monthly credit meeting and call for credit meeting.
Perform refundable deposit & other reconciliation.
Custody of petty cash reimbursement (Petty Cash Float)
To capture received cheques and centralized payment into the system.
To assist all data in the members’ account are accurate and close accounts on a timely basis during month end.
To handle members’ inquiries in accounts statement.
Preparing invoices for other debtor monthly charges & banquet functions.
Arrange and send statements of account for master billing to Menara Sunway.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Able to work during the weekend
Experience in full set account will be an added advantage.
