*_Customer Service and Support Specialist_*

Required Duties and Responsibilities:
* Respond to incoming phone calls, emails and chat from EMS merchants
* Provide your customer with an exceptional experience and drive client satisfaction
* Use compassion in helping upset customers and helping them through the issues they are experiencing while maintaining composure in stressful situations
* Provide accurate information and guidance to manage your customer’s expectations and to help them understand their accounts

Qualifications:
* Passion for high levels of Customer Service
* Desire to be a punctual team player
* Attention to Detail
* Basic aptitude for troubleshooting hardware, software and communication issues
* Ability to navigate a computerized data entry system (training is provided)
