Job Descriptions:
Train and manage an existing network of Ninja Points for daily operational processes and solve issues for it to achieve its full potential.
Closely work with management and other departments to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on-the-ground insights
Building long-term relationships and with key clients (Shippers)
Ensure our partner following our SOP Guidelines (stores requirement, parcel packaging, cross check received items) 
Attend inquiries, email, zendesk, slack within service level agreement (SLA) 
Respond to shippers & partners queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, chat or face to face.
Working closely with operation team to enhance better flow process
Working closely with admin team to enhance better flow process for all parties
Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products
Monitor shippers complaints on system log and reach out to provide assistance
Requiments:
Bachelor Degree in any field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Personable and a good communicator in both written & oral English. Other language skills will be a plus (Mandarin).
Self-starter with good initiative, and persistence to see us through this challenge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a good comfort level using enterprise software.
