Discovery is looking for Lead Support Workers to join the team fantastic outreach team in Yeovil. This is not your typical Lead Support Role and is more of a Community Co-ordinator role and is not buildings based .although we do have community hubs across Somerset!

You will need to have adequate literacy and numeracy skills as well as basic computer skills. No direct experience is required as full training is given by Discovery. A full induction is provided the day you start and you will work towards your Care Certificate within the first three months of your new role, with full support from the Locality and Assistant Locality Managers.
