As *Internal Sales Advisor *you will be a part of great team and will work in a fun and fast-paced environment to maintain, support, acquire new customers & increase the revenue growth for the Unilever consumer brands portfolio, working with household brands including; Persil, CIF, Domestos. Some aspects of customer service support to help make sure all aspects of the sales orders meet requirements of the client and the company.
Your *main responsibilities *include:
* Making outbound calls and following up with clients to meet their needs
* Inbound and general account management support for you own accounts
* Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and potential clients
* Manage a portfolio of accounts remotely providing ongoing support and regular call cycle
* Develop the account base by increasing product listings, promoting monthly offers etc.
* Processing of orders via SAP
* Updating customers details in Salesforce
* Performing research on accounts to help improve understanding of growth opportunities
* Delivering best in class support to customers
We are looking for professional who would like to develop sales skills with previous experience in telesales/ internal sales/customer service. You should be proficient with IT tools (SAP), able to comfortably talk to others, confidence to make cold calls to generate new clients. We are looking for a well organized person with good time management skills.
You will work for 30 hours per week with the opportunity to have flexibility in working schedule! We offer attractive fixed salary and 30% sales bonus based on your achievements and results.
