*Internal Job Title: Service Desk Coordinator*
Are you looking for an opportunity where you can broaden your knowledge and customer service experience within a team that handles an extensive range of customers? You would be working with some of the country’s most well-known retail, manufacturing and hospitality brands.
Your key focus will be providing exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with key contacts and providing sales and support to customers on a variety of communication platforms. It is your job to understand the expectations and specific needs of the customers to ensure that we carry on delivering a market leading service.
Key tasks and responsibilities
* Maintain up to date knowledge of the Business & Industry sector’s products and services as well as relevant industry information to benefit our customers.
* Establish long standing relationships with a varied customer base, feeling confident and comfortable with speaking to business contacts at all levels.
* Responding to all customer requirements in line with the business KPIs.
* Efficiently process and complete ad-hoc bookings.
* Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly, taking ownership and seeing them through to resolution.
* Record, update and maintain customer data and interaction on the CRM system.

* Creative thinking to suggest solutions that avoid recurrence of common issues.

* You need a good standard of Maths and English.
Additional information:
* Hybrid working, after successful 3-month probation there is an option to work from home 1 day a week, either a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. This is done on a rota, there is no fixed day.
* There are 2 shifts 8am-4.30pm and 8.30-5pm, with 1 hour for lunch.
* The occasional Saturday shift are a requirement and will be worked from home, 8am-12pm. on a rota basis, roughly 1 in 7 weeks. We ask what dates you can’t do and we work around all dates submitted by the team. The need for overtime does arise and this is offered to the team, once successfully passed probation. Saturday's are paid at a fixed rate of £70.
