6 Month fixed term contract
POSITION SUMMARY
Our Customer Support team is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, whilst maintaining and building business relationships with new and existing customers. Assisting Territory Sales Managers, Regional Managers and the Business Development team to ensure Customers receive outstanding customer Service. Acting as ambassadors for our business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for responding to all customer communications received, including processing orders, customer queries via phone, email and/or fax using bespoke software provided
Up-selling / Cross-selling products by raising awareness of products to customers
Obtain correct authorisation and/or order purchase numbers from departments or customers when orders are placed for specific products
Ensuring call waiting is continually reviewed, and that customer calls are dealt with efficiently, effectively and in a timely manner
Ensure at all times that Zenith Customers receive the very best Customer Service experience by way of courteousness, professionalism and willingness to listen to their issues and react accordingly.
Liaising with Customer Care Manager and/or Territory Sales Managers of any communication or ongoing issues i.e. product or delivery issues that they need to be aware of or relating to their orders or customer
Undertake project work as directed by the Customer Service Team Lead
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience or working knowledge of the following systems would be beneficial Salesforce, SAGE and Webstore
A good basic understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook and keyboard skills.
Excellent organization and communication skills.
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Excellent problem solving skills and telephone manner
Previous tele-sales and/or customer services experience desirable but not essential
A keen eye for detail
