*Bank Pharmacist | Competitive Hourly Rate | Cheshire | Flexible Working*
We have an exciting opportunity for a Pharmacist to join our Staffing Bank. This role will support our Pharmacy Team at our Cheshire Hospital. Shifts are available Monday – Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm, and Saturday 9.00am-1.00pm.

The Hospital covers a wide variety of surgical procedures, you will support in assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patient's needs. You will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements, collect collate and organise data, interpret all of the information and make a justifiable assessment, making this available to relevant others.
*Duties and responsibilities;*
* To provide an exemplary pharmacy service in accordance with current legislation, accepted professional and ethical standards and clinical requirements.
* To provide advice and support to consultants, other clinicians and patients ensuring the safe, appropriate and cost effective use of medicines.
* To advise the hospital and its departments on the safe management of medicines, ensuring compliance with current legislation and professional standards.
* To promote a multidisciplinary, patient focused approach to the delivery of an efficient, high quality healthcare service.
*Who we're looking for*
* You must be a qualified Pharmacist (2 years of experience required)
* You must be GPhC registered with no restrictions.
* Hospital experience is desirable but not essential.
* SAP system experience is desirable but not essential.
* You will be a team player with a friendly approach
* You will be personable, sensitive and empathetic
