Position Summary: CP Skin Health Group invites applications for the position of Infrastructure Site Analyst for the Global Information Technology (GIT) organization. This candidate will join the GIT Americas Workplace and Collaboration Services team to provide support for our end users located at the Scottsdale, AZ CP Skin Health Corporate Office, Distribution Center and remote users.

What You’ll Do:

The Workplace Collaboration Services team supports all 2nd level incident resolution, and PC deployment, while ensuring adherence to all required Standards and Compliance.

This position is an internal customer facing position and will act as liaison to the business users at CP Skin Health.

Working with the account managers, the applicant will be required to assist with gathering requirements from the business related to infrastructure needs. Also, the position will ensure that any required new software, or technology, is vetted and approved by GIT leadership.

This position will assist with ensuring our Standards and Compliance for CP Skin Health locations. This will require the development of all required documentation and approval for compliance checklists/DR plans for CP Skin Health. Applicants will follow all schedules for testing compliance, updating documentation, and ensure all server rooms/IDF closets are kept to GIT standards.

During any internal corporate audits of CP Skin Health locations this position will act as the point of contact to the auditors and ensure all documentation is reviewed by the standards team then delivered to the auditors as requested.

This position will monitor the GITSC-CRM 2nd level queue for the CP Skin Health. Position will ensure all service requests are resolved within established SLAs and tickets are logged for all service requests. Also, provide a monthly review of GITSC reports and provide recommendations/feedback to the team on how to better serve the customer.

Responsibilities include:

Grasp technical concepts quickly and apply learning's based on Global GIT standards.

Maintain positive and productive relationships with co-workers and customers.

Translate & simplify technical information to non-technical users.

Provide support to employees at all levels including the most senior executive level.

Provide support for any onsite or offsite Sr. Team Business Reviews and events for CP Skin Health.

Provide support for CP Skin Health Sales meetings and/or offsite events.

Provide support for printers, label printers and wireless scanners

Provide support for iPads/iPhones. Basic setup with all Colgate Standards

Provide basic support for the Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Google Meet and Shared Drive)

Act in a liaison role to the business users at CP SKin Health; assisting with gathering infrastructure requirements from the business. Ensure that any required software, or technology, is vetted and approved by GIT leadership.

Ensure standards and compliance always. Review/develop all required documentation for Annual and quarterly compliance checklists. Plus, review and update all DR plans.

Assist with Laptop/desktop imaging, lease replacement, and customer lease replacement scheduling.

Maintain asset inventory database to ensure equipment is replaced and returned on schedule.

Imaging Laptops using CP Standard Image

Deploy laptops to new hires and provide basic introduction training

Replace laptops under leasing schedule

Process laptops returns reimage and redeploy

Provide ad-hoc site support for nearby company locations

Participate in Global IT projects and ongoing testing

Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree or Technical Certification; Bachelor’s degree preferred

A minimum of one year related work experience

A basic understanding of Windows PC’s, Macbooks, networks, and mobile devices

Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Ability to follow established standards, processes, and procedures

Ability to utilize the internet to search for information regarding issues users are experiencing to find solutions.

Ability to provide support to remote users using remote support tools and/or video conferencing
