What You'll Do:

SELL - Increase selling opportunities within a targeted market; identifying prospects, landing meetings, presenting solutions and signing new business.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT - Develop strategies to grow business inside of existing client portfolios while ensuring customer satisfaction.
SOURCE - Interview candidates to find the perfect matches for available jobs, temporary and full time.
RELATIONSHIPS - Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with candidates, teammates and clients.
STRATEGY - Implement creative recruiting strategies to expand current talent pool.
CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT - Track and enter all activity and adjust as needed to meet all sales and hiring goals on time and in budget.
METRICS - Manage recruitment and sales activities to meet KPIs such as time to fill, fill rate, and retention.

What You'll Bring:

A minimum of two years of sales experience, demonstrating activity that drove growth with existing and new clients. College degree preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience in Staffing, Full-Desk Recruiting, Business Development, HR, and/or Talent Acquisition preferred. No experience in HR or Staffing, don't worry we will train you!
Business acumen to quickly understand client environments and articulate the Volt value proposition.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Competitiveness and strong drive to succeed
Desire to learn and stay agile in an ever-changing environment.
