An enthusiastic Service Desk Analyst is required by an exciting technology company based in Hurley. This growing company are looking for a driven individual with a passion for IT, looking to kickstart their career in technology. An annual salary of up to £22,000 + benefits + hybrid working is available depending on experience.

- Dealing with assigned tickets, providing support over multiple channels

- Responding efficiently to support requests over a variety of channels (e-mail, phone and ticketing system)

- Setting up new users' accounts and profiles via Active Directory, Office 365 etc

- Server, Network and PC maintenance

- Supporting the roll-out of new equipment and applications


- Excellent attention to detail

- Proactive team player

- Able to talk about technology in simple terms.

- Logical thinker and natural problem solver.

- Ability to multitask and switch between jobs.
