We are seeking an experienced manager to lead the Product and Marketing Analytics team. You will use data and analytics to provide insights and ROI on campaign initiatives to support our Operations. Your key priorities include:
Own the Product & Marketing analytics strategy and plan
Mentor and lead team of high performing Analysts
Provide insights to various business units to support campaigns and innovations across the Group
Develop methodology and framework to measure efficacy and ROI of marketing activity and initiatives

To be successful in this role you will have:
Demonstrated experience in customer analytics, segmentation and/or marketing disciplines
Strong experience in leadership role
Advanced user of analytical and data visualisation tools (cognos, PowerBI or equivalent)
Advanced SQL user
Proven experience in Analytics tools & languages (SAS. SPSS, R or Python)
