Randstad has an exciting full-time position available for a Marketing Specialist - Brand Manager.
We are seeking someone with a 'can do' attitude and experience in the field.
Coordinate campaign creative including SEM, Facebook ads, dynamic banner ads, microsites and landing pages
Improve advertising efficiency by AB testing, tagging & tracking creative
Improve user experience and conversion rates on web pages by testing content and design Report on
ROI and key success metrics
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, keeping track of testing methodology and performance metrics
Lead graphic designer, responsible for the creative development of the brand and all execution of the brand from advertising and events through to collateral and full range of digital communications
What we need from you
Attention to detail Communication skills Analytical skills
Demonstrated experience in a similar role (at least two years) formal qualifications within
marketing also highly regarded
Result orientated with proven experience in attracting leads
Analytical, and able to use data-driven insights to guide decisions and strategies Proficient with
WordPress and Google Analytics
A team player - strong in collaboration but able to work autonomously
Salary $95,000 - $115,000 + Superannuation. Please note only successful candidates will be contacted.
