1st Line Support Engineer

Location: North London

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 + Benefits

My client based in North London, are URGENTLY seeking a permanent 1st Line IT Support Engineer. This would be an on-site role and perfect for someone entering IT or looking for a company that can offer a clear pathway for progression.

As a, 1st Line Support Engineer you must have experience working in a very customer focused environment and enjoy Desk Side Support. In this 1st Line Support Engineer position, you will be the main point of contact for any initial IT enquiries, logging any technical support issued and help colleagues/customers face to face and over the telephone. This is an ideal 1st Line Support Engineer position for someone who wants to progress and further develop their IT experience. The company can offer you a personal development plan, time to study for any certifications or exams you would like to complete and also the opportunity to progress quickly into a 2nd line role.

This is 100% an On-Site role, 5 days per week, so you must be able to travel and work in North London.

You also must have experience working with the following technologies:

  • Office 365
  • Active Directory
  • Azure (Would be a bonus)
