Our client, a US Software business, have a requirement for an Interim Financial Accountant. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the role holder will manage and be ultimately responsible for all aspects of financial reporting a play a pivitol role in the planning process across the Group.

Key accountabilities will include transformation and improvement of the group reporting function, building both exceptional and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders that are geared towards future business growth, prioritising the workload through the various peaks and troughs, the implementation of repeatable processes, working closely with both finance and operational teams in subsidiaries in the UK and abroad, critically reviewing business processes and controls.

The successful candidate will be a qualified finance professional with recent experience of operating within a Head Office function. Essential to this role will be significant group reporting & planning experience from within sizeable, UK listed company. Applicants will be commercially astute and possess the ability to operate strategically whilst being 'hands on'. Considerable technical aptitude and the ability to influence senior stakeholders are imperative requirements. Advantageous but not essential would be experience of working within the outsourcing sector.
