Location: Hybrid working with an office base in ChesterContract Type: Full time, PermanentSalary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience), OTC and an attractive company benefits packageAre you an experienced and competent Business Intelligence Analyst who can interpret and present complex information quickly and accurately to inform strategic decision-making?Having acquired multiple businesses in the past year, the WorkNest team is growing fast, so we’re looking for a passionate Business Intelligence Analyst to join our friendly, and dynamic Sales Team.Why your role mattersThe Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for understanding the opportunity creation, sales and client reporting and insight requirements of the sales function and wider business.Their work is aimed towards improving efficiency, increasing productivity, and driving profits for the business.What you’ll be doingThe Business Intelligence Analyst will work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business to interpret their requirements and produce reporting and dashboards in a timely and consistent manner, and in a way that allows easy visibility of key data points, metrics and insight. This will support the businesses’ ability to be operationally and strategically effective, and inform decision making processes that mitigate risk and leverage maximum opportunity, throughout the opportunity and appointment creation, sales process and client relationship journey.As well as departmental reporting responsibility the role will be responsible for surfacing key operating measured for individual members of the salesforce to deliver visibility of key metrics, ensuring awareness and accountability.Alongside this, there will be responsibility for working with the Salesforce development team to support the interactive improvement of the core sales operating model in Salesforce and ensure that the governance and quality of data is of high quality.Where you’ll be workingThis is a hybrid role (a minimum of one day per week in the Chester office, with the rest of the week remote). That way, you’ll be able to work collaboratively with your colleagues while also having some quieter time to focus on your workload without distraction.Benefits
