You will be working in our modern and comfortable 116 bedded Nursing Home, located near East Finchley Tube station. Hammerson House enjoys lots of sociable, communal spaces and beautiful woodland gardens.
Reporting to the Deputy Director of Care, this exciting opportunity will take a dual role in providing clinical support to the Residents/Team and simultaneously lead the residential households.
Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for ensuring that high standards of care are provided and building effective relationships with a range of key stakeholders.
The ability to supervise and support care staff in all people leadership duties whilst striving to maintain the Residents First ethos and exemplary standards of care at all times is essential.
You will be a Registered Nurse with experience in assessing the care needs and implementing care plans, working within a regulatory framework (CQC).
You will be passionate about caring for older people and have experience in providing care to residents living with dementia with palliative care needs.

Full Time - 37.5 hours a week on a rota
£48,000 to £50,000 per annum based on experience
