EYFS Teacher- Bolton (BL2)

Job Description

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for an extremely ambitious and driven EYFS teacher, to join one of our local partnership schools located in the BL2 area of Bolton.

This position is being offered on a fixed term full-time basis starting in January 2023 and will be covering a long-term absence for the rest of the school year.

EYFS Teacher - the ideal candidate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Experience working within the EYFS
  • UK eligibility to work
  • Very good understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • An enhanced Child Only DBS disclosure on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
  • Be driven and reliable
  • Experiences in Phonics Schemes (Jolly Phonics, Letters and Sounds, Read write Inc.)

We are looking for Teachers with UK school experience that are:

  • Open to teaching in schools with young people in Early Years
  • Able to direct their classes and support staff effectively.
  • Energetic and driven teachers looking to progress their careers in education.
  • Dedicated and consistent as building and maintaining positive relationships is vital, with students, other staff, parents, and carers.

This school has 350 pupils, with a 40-place nursery of 20 pupils in the morning and 20 in the afternoon. Experience with SEN is not essential but would be beneficial as the nursery has a population of SEN pupils with multiple learning difficulties, who are supported by specialist staff.

The school has on-site parking and is easily accessible to those using public transport as it is situated on the outskirts of the town centre.
