Hybrid Working - 2 days office 3 days home working after training. We are a leading provider of renewable solar PV technologies, helping homeowners as well as businesses throughout the United Kingdom to discover the benefits of a cleaner, greener energy. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Booking Administrator to assist in our busy Operations Department based in Ware, Hertfordshire. The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with all round admin skills, excellent organisational skills, and strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a fast-paced business is desirable. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within the Operations Department providing excellent administrative support delivering a customer focussed & pro-active service. Duties to include: - To create new service tickets using our customer facing booking system and replicate to our service scheduling software and SharePoint databases - Data Entry - To review alongside Customer Service/Operations Admin any required re-bookings - Contacting customers (via the telephone and email) to rebook appointments when required - To communicate and keep updated all effected departments, warehousing, teams, operations, scaffolding - To ensure booking system, Freshdesk and SharePoint databases are always kept up to date and are synchronised - To ensure if issues arise, they are immediately brought to the line manager's attention The perfect candidate for this role should hold the following attributes: - Excellent organisation skills - Strong attention to detail - Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels - Ability to work to tight deadlines - IT literate - Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook - Previous database experience preferred - Thrives under pressure in a fast-paced working environment - Excellent telephone manner - Ability to multitask - Ability to organise and prioritise workload - Previous administrative experience - Ability to show initiative and be flexible within the role - You should be polite and courteous at all times- To undertake any other duties required of you
