Established in 1835 my client is one of the largest Estate Agency brands in London with over 30 offices across the rest of the UK and they are currently looking for an experienced Branch Secretary for their Surrey Quays office.
Ideally, you will have experience of working in the Property Industry in a Secretarial or administration based role and have excellent knowledge of Word/Outlook and Excel but my client will consider Secretarial experience within other Sectors/Industries.
Your responsibilities will be -·Answering/Directing calls·Arranging Appointments·Taking Messages·Greeting Visitors and callers ·Handling Inquiries and directing them to the correct member of staff·Typing utility, Valuation and Inspection letters·Producing general letters·Managing emails·Monthly landlord Statements·Responding to Property enquiries·Tenant reference checks·Issuing/Amending contracts and related documents·Adding/entering TDS entries·Liaising with contractors and booking in maintenance ·Using Reapit software·Adding/amending Sales/Lettings entries·producing Sales and Lettings brochures·General filing and scanning·Operate general office equipment (Printers, scanners, phone systems, computers)
Hours of work -·Monday to Thursday 10-5.30pm·Friday 10-5
