The Quality Technician Harvesting Intern will support Harvesting Quality for product operating in the field as well as manufacturing quality in the plant as needed. For known issues, this internship will support claim analysis, solution identification and testing/validation. Manufacturing quality support will improve our delivery quality and as a result improve our customers' experience with our products. Learn more below!Responsibilities:
- Utilize Grand Island manufacturing resources and available finished product to support investigations of concerns raised by engineering, dealers or brand field staff.
- Perform the required analysis to establish problem definition and root cause to resolve field product issues as they arise.
- Support plant quality team with issue investigation, containment, and solution implementation.
- Perform final operational and inspection checks to validate finished good quality before shipping from manufacturing plants.
- Travel to the marketplace and gather data on field concerns.
- Perform reliability testing on machines and components.
- Maintain service vehicle fleet maintenance requirements.
- Organize departmental tools and instrumentation.
This position will pay between $19.83-$31.82/hour.Qualifications:
- Pursuing a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related degree area.
