About the Position:
As someone who loves leading a team of bankruptcy and legal specialists, the Bankruptcy and Legal Manager at Crescent Bank will utilize their knowledge of the bankruptcy and legal collections practices to support their team in minimizing company risk and losses.

The person in this role will be expected to successfully lead a team of specialists in their day to day duties and ensure the team is meeting 100% of legal and court-related deadlines in a timely and accurate manner. This person will also regularly verify the accuracy of information and documentation related to legal matters for customers, ensuring our internal information matches that of external sources and is reliable. The Bankruptcy and Legal Manager will be relied on to make sound decisions that limit company risk and deliver monthly reports reliably and accurately to management.

What we are looking for:
To find success in this role, an expert understanding of bankruptcy and legal processes and procedures is needed. The ability to lead a team will be critical. Solid communication skills, time management and decision making skills are essential to perform this role at a high performance level.

Additional Information:
• Advanced knowledge of bankruptcy and legal processes and procedures
• Excellent leadership skills
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience working with attorneys and trustees
• Experience with legal debt collections processes
