As a Registered Nurse ICU your responsibilities will include
Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care
Deliver education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needs
Lead successful quality improvement and safety management project/s to deliver desired outcomes
Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
Act as a role model for Safe
Essential Criteria
Authority to Work in Australia
Working with Children check if relevant
Bachelor of Science Nursing or equivalent
Current Registration no restriction with Important Company
Post Graduate Certificate in ICU/CCU or Coronary care or working towards desirable
Current ALS qualifications desirable
Clinical experience in an ICU environment desirable
Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
Clinical expertise and commitment to high quality patient care and continuous improvement
Self-motivated and proven ability to work as part of a high functioning team
Highly developed interpersonal skills, proactive, motivated and customer focused

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current and NSWNMA/ANMF - Nurses and Midwives' - Enterprise Agreement - 2024, a salary ranging from $33.- $47.per hour.r>
