The airport's Bar & Cafe is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. The chosen candidate will be the Manager of Licensed Premises.
This is a varied role entailing food service, customer service and bar service.
Key Responsibilities and Abilities
Maintaining records of Bar and Cafe stock levels and financial transactions
Providing excellent customer service
Recruiting, training and supervising bar and kitchen staff
Purchasing and pricing goods according to budget
With experience in a fast paced hospitality environment, you will have:
A passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service.
A current RSA certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
Outstanding time management
The ability to multi task and think on your feet
Understanding of hygiene and health and safety in the workplace
Chosen candidates will have to undergo an ASIC background check and must be fully vaccinated against Covid19.
