Borella House Residential Care Service

Part time positions available for skilled and experienced aged carers;

Must be available to work Monday - Sunday and various shifts;

Your role within the clinical team is a pivotal part of The Borella House Residential Care Service. As an enthusiastic and reliable employee with great communication skills and a friendly disposition, you will report to the Director of Nursing.

Your main responsibilities will include:


Demonstrating best practice in providing professional, holistic care to aged residents within the residential aged care facility;

Ensuring that services provided are consistent with the mission, vision and values of Fresh Hope Care.

To be successful in your new role you will need to demonstrate:


Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care);

Relevant experience in providing care services within the residential aged care environment;

Knowledge of legislation and regulations relevant to aged care;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Basic understanding of MS Word/ Excel/Outlook;

A certificate confirming flu and COVID-19 vaccination status and a current Criminal History Check (within the last three years) suitable for aged care (or willing to obtain) are essential.

Remuneration is based on the current Fresh Hope Care Residential Enterprise Agreement. As an additional benefit there is a tax-free component of your remuneration available under the Public Benevolent Institution.
