Job Description

Your contribution to something big:
Lead, drive and define the Bosch Webshop/ Flagship Store strategy and transfer into the regular business operation to ensure the targets achievement in the Sales target, Conversion rate, User engagement, Cost allocation etc.
Working closely with marketing expertise team to optimize the brand, product and service presentation in the Webshop/ Flagship Store with the best user-centric contents.
Drive data-based decision on listing, content, promotion, CRM from a profound data analysis and visualization to continuously optimize the shop operation efficiency and user experience.
Lead and decide the shop annual promotion planning and execution together with marketing team and e-commerce platforms.
Responsible on the profitability through budget planning and monitoring, shop operational cost monitoring and Terms & Conditions negotiation and monitoring with platform or service provider.

What distinguishes you:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / E-commerce / Business Admin or its equivalent.
Min. 5 years profound knowledge and experience in the entire value chain of eCommerce strategy and operation including different business models and platforms.
High understanding of online brand communication and E-commerce.
Deep insights and possess competency in big data analytics in the eCommerce environment and having experience in the latest digital marketing / CRM concepts and methods.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal),
Entrepreneurial mindset, with high future and result orientation, strategic thinking, and ability to perform well both in team and independently.
