At RCS, we are looking for Behavior Analysts to join our team and do just that. We have been providing the highest quality of ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities throughout Massachusetts for over 23 years. We are looking a BCBA in our center in Woburn, MA.


  • Manageable and regionalized caseloads, flexible schedules, options to work in one of our beautiful and bright offices in either Natick, Framingham, or Woburn, and opportunities to work in one of our center based programs in Natick or Woburn
  • For new BCBAs who haven’t received their LABA, we offer gradual increase in supervision caseloads while you work direct service. As you gain independence and skill, your caseload increases along with your salary. When you have demonstrated competency as a BCBA and receive your LABA, your salary will increase along with your confidence

Your responsibilities as a BCBA:

  • Developing skill acquisition programs
  • Providing staff, teacher, and parent training
  • Conducting ongoing analysis of data etc.
  • Conducting behavior and skills assessments
  • Completing on-site supervision of clients and staff
  • Developing skill acquisition programming using best practice and principles of ABA
  • Creating behavior support plans
  • Attending IFSP/ IEP meetings
  • Working collaboratively with different teams of professionals
  • Staying up to date with most recent research in the field of autism and ABA

  • Master’s in a related field and either working toward or have already received their BCBA - required
  • Experience working with individuals with Autism - required
  • Possess excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Flexible and able to work in a variety of settings
  • Passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential
  • Able to submit transcript
