Role Summary: The ideal candidate will have experience in a Benefits call center working with Javelina. They will have a can do attitude and an affinity to provide top notch service to our members, clients and partners. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to inquires relating to a wide range of products in a professional and courteous manner. Javelina ( Application ) experience or TPA a must.

Responsibilities: The following responsibilities are what you can expect to be doing as a CSR with Cobalt:

  • Review and resolve benefit questions pertaining to medical, dental, vision, flexible spending and COBRA products in a one call resolution approach
  • Research specific claims processing issues and educate callers related to resolution utilizing internal subject matter experts
  • Act as a the primary resource for various clients including members, providers, employer groups and more
  • Act with urgency and professionalism when handling all inquires
