Description


The Analyst – Land Supply and Redevelopment produces information on land supply for housing, commercial and industrial uses.

The role undertakes detailed land analysis using spatial information systems to produce data sets, reports and mapping to support Urban Development Program's annual production and a range of other products that address land supply information needs across Victoria. The Analyst provides high-level advice on land supply for different economic and social uses to various stakeholders.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications

Experience in use of geographic information systems, particularly the Esri suite of products, is mandatory.
Proven expertise in creating, maintaining, and updating large spatial data sets is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in analysing and quantifying land use development processes is desirable.

This is a fixed term position available until 30 June 2023.
