You will also make sure that all transactions emanating from Marketing are in accordance with the Bank's policies and procedures (satisfactory audit results).How you'll contribute Guides Relationship Managers (RMs) in restructuring past due accounts and in the collection efforts of the Marketing Division to recover principal and minimize losses for the Bank.Presents and justifies the packages of solicited accounts for Credit Committee and Executive Committee approvals to achieve targets set.Evaluates the profitability of the Banking Center and determines the strategy to be taken to meet targets.Reviews the daily transactions of the Team by approving loan releases, renewals and extensions to ensure that income potential is maximized.Acts as the General Administrator of the Banking Center through general supervision of all employees to be able to move the whole team forward.Reviews and evaluates the processes and development of subordinates by addressing the needs of subordinates to ensure personal and professional growth of the individual.Responsible for all the activities of the lending hub under them with respect to evaluating, packaging, restructuring, servicing, profitability, strategy of overall portfolio as well as the daily transaction, manpower requirement, training and development so as to achieve targets.Guides RMs when they market and solicit accounts for deposits, placements, loans and other trade-related transactions. by joining client calls to ensure a holistic wrap around strategy.Guides RMs in packaging of credit facilities to ensure matching of client's needs.Services branch referred accounts that need credit accommodations within their respective areas by joining client calls and assigning an RM to manage and identify their needs.Manages the portfolio of the Banking Center i.e. industry exposures, etc. to ensure compliance to internal and BSP guidelines.Performs other related tasks which may be assigned from time to time. What were looking for Bachelors degree in Industrial, Mathematics/Statistics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing, Management Engineering or any related field.At least 5 - 10 years of related work experienceSpecializes in Banking and Financial, Corporate Finance/Investment, General/Cost Accounting, Credit (Evaluation/Appraisal), Sales-Corporate, Sales-Financial ServicesSales and marketing as well as competence in credit evaluation.Leadership and negotiation Skills; effective relationship management skillsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels of the organization and external parties. #LI-MH1#LI-Hybrid asks for your consent to use your personal data to:
