Job Summary

The Cluster Sales Manager (CSM) is responsible for building and maintaining an exceptional real estate sales team, resulting in solid and consistent sales performance, happy employees and delighted clients.

The CSM will report to the Network General Manager and will be directly responsible for 10 Project Sales Consultants. In addition, this role will oversee the forfeiture performance of the team.

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide leadership, real estate guidance and market expertise to his/her team.
Responsible for the day-to-day management (i.e. planning, leading, organizing and controlling) of the cluster group.
Formulate and implement effective sales strategies and tactics. Provide directions to help his/her team deliver the sales target, forfeiture rate and required documentations to preserve sales.
Point person on the cascade and communication of strategy, initiatives, local plans and performance metrics within his/her team.
Responsible for the fulfillment of contractual obligations/completion of deliverables within his/her cluster.
Ensure cost-efficient distribution and/or disbursement of logistical and monetary support such as cash advance requisition, management and liquidation of sales activities and events,requisition and distribution of sales collaterals, and requisition of vehicular assistance for site visits.
With the help of the backroom team, use data and metrics to spot performance trends, weaknesses and strengths. Recommend and execute action plans to address any gaps.
Conduct regular and (as needed) seller’s meetings, general assemblies, sales rallies, etc.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
Must be a licensed Real Estate Broker.
At least 3-5 years real estate experience in a leadership position.
Required Skill(s): Team/Cluster Management, Customer Service, Technical Support, Marketing & Digital Advertising, Client Management.
Track record of success in building, developing and retaining high-performing teams.
Can understand reports and how to go beyond the numbers to spot underlyingissues/opportunities.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
Willing to report onsite and amenable to a Tuesday - Saturday work schedule
