I am looking for an ambitious 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a market leading MSP in Birmingham on a permanent basis. As the IT Support Engineer, you will be exposed to various technologies and day to day tasks, dealing with BAU and project support. You will take escalations from the 1st line team, resolve these if possible, or escalate these to senior engineers - where you will also be given the opportunity to shadow and learn how to resolve the issue for next time.
