Service Desk Analyst Worcester - hybrid remote/office base £24,000 Windows Office 365 Hardware
An innovative, industry leader in the enterprise cloud software space is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their service desk team of 20 and contribute to the continued delivery exceptional technical support to internal colleagues and external customers.
You'll operate as the initial point of contact for helpdesk tickets, hardware fault diagnosis, network troubleshooting, and general IT queries. You'll be a driven technical professional who enjoys helping end users resolve their technical issues and meeting SLA's. Ideally, you'll have experience of working to ITIL principles and it would be outstanding if you were ITIL certified too.
As a Service Desk Analyst you’ll be responsible for building/imagine laptops, maintaining and supporting networks including switches and patching, maintenance of the cloud infrastructure environment and technical documentation.
Skills and experience required:
• Windows 10/11• Technical Troubleshooting• Office 365: Word, Excel, and Outlook (essential)• Good knowledge of PC hardware• Windows Server 2016/2019• Good communicator with good inter-personal skills• Understanding of LAN / WAN, Switches, Routers, and VPN’s• Understanding of safe electrical workshop working practices• Appreciation of TCP/IP networking (DNS, Routing)

This role is based on-site in their head office 3 days a week with the opportunity to work remotely 2 days a week should you wish. In line with a competitive salary offering of £24,000 you'll receive 25 days holiday, and a 4% company pension contribution.
