This is an extremely exciting time and an incredible opportunity for someone to join this business as what they offer is something of the future.This is a hybrid role with no set days in the office but expect to be there between 2-3 days per week, the client needs someone who is flexible and accommodating.Role & responsibilities include:Multiple inbox management of Directors emails and drafting correspondence on their behalf Arranging travel and hotel bookings and create detailed itineraries Complex diary management Organising meetings, including booking venues, ordering refreshments and basic minute-takingOverseeing the creation of contracts, client packs and other documents, including their formatting, printing, binding and distributionProcessing of expensesArranging social events for both clients and the teamManagement of miscellaneous issuesReadiness to be contacted out of hoursHandling confidential matters with discretionIdeal Candidate:Experience in a fast pace PA role Ability to spin many platesHighly organisedAbility to manage multiple inboxes Previously worked in a large corporate organisation - highly desirable Flexible with a 'can do' attitude Proven diary management skillsExceptional standard of written and verbal EnglishCompetent with Microsoft Office suiteFlexibility on hours
