We are urgently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator/Account Coordinator for a prestigious lighting company in the City ( Southwark SE1).
They are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator/Account Coordinator to join their Retail division.
Working in a small close knit team of other Sales Administrators, your role will be to maintain and process up to 50 of the smaller value orders at any one time. The business is brought in by their 4 man sales team. and your job will be to
- Order the stock to fulfill the orders
- Check current UK warehouse supplies,
- Offer alternative solutions when necessary,
- Send quotes
- Liaise directly with their clients
- After sales support.
Once the contractors are allocated and on site, you will be liaising with them at the point of delivery.
The work is fast paced! It's a demanding role suitable for a person who can prioritise, multi-task, and think on their feet.
You will form part of a friendly team of 3 plus the Manager- everyone pulls together and it is a friendly yet professional working environment. The company have a very strong staff retention rate which reflects very positively on the company and how they treat their staff.
Full training on their products and systems will be offered so they expect you to be based in their SE1 office for 3 months until you are up to speed.
After that they offer a hybrid arrangement -2 days in( one being Monday) and 3 days wfh. You should have good intermediate MS Office skills with the ability to learn in house systems as well as confident and professional inter-personal skills
