JD: US IT Recruiter (Chennai & Trichy)

Position: JR/SR/Lead /US IT Recruiter

Qualification: Any graduate or post graduate

Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (India time) (Monday to Friday). EST Sat & Sun are fixed off.

Salary: Market based + Recurrent Incentives (Highest among Industry)

Work: WFH & WFO (Women Employees Only) available

Job & responsibilities: -

· A Versatile Recruiter and Technical oriented mind with 1 to 8 years' experience on US Recruitment giving the best solution to the client as well as to the consultant.



Should have experience in US Staffing before.
Excellent Communication Skills & Writing skills
Hands on experience working in US Staffing as a Recruiter
Dynamic and result-oriented individual.
Excellent relationship management skills to develop successful networks within senior management, staffing teams and HR Partners.
Expertise in sourcing/ Tracking through Job Boards, social media, Networking, Referrals and LinkedIn groups/ Projects.
Efficient in handling bulk requirements with direct clients and implementation partners.
Proficient in using online tools (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder etc.) and social networking websites like LinkedIn, Facebook for searching candidates.
Working experience with W2, 1099 and Corp2corp Candidates.
Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
