Oakwood Specialty Care is currently hiring a full-time MDS Coordinator to join our team. Position includes Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 schedule with rotating on call coverage. No MDS experience required; Paid training provided to set you up for success!

Successful candidates must have:

* Current, valid license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN); Registered Nurse (RN) license is preferred.
* Current, valid CPR certification
* MDS credentialed or willing to obtain
* Familiarity with Federal and State long-term care regulations and laws preferred
* Familiarity with MDS 3.0/RAI Manual or willingness to obtain certification
* Work experience in long-term care and gerontological nursing preferred.
