USD100,000-USD125,000

+ Manage all documentation to ensure project is compliant, remains on schedule and remains within budget while monitoring all costs.

+ Obtain, assemble, distribute and fill all as-built drawings, warranties, certificates of occupancy and lien releases.

+ Schedule projects in logical steps and budgeting time required to meet deadlines.

+ Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports and cost tracking reports.

+ Build and maintain relationships critical to the success of the overall project and company.

+ Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience

+ 5+ years of experience in Construction, experience managing multiple projects at a time

+ Working knowledge of commercial construction technology and details. Candidate must be extremely proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings

+ Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.

+ A General Contractor firm that works in the greater Milwaukee area.

+ Strong backlog of work coming into 2022 with a track record of successful projects with their clients.

+ They are at about $140 million in annual revenue currently and are aiming to get to $200M in the next 1-2 years.

+ They have a strong emphasis on the industrial space, namely data center work, as well as work in the healthcare sector.

+ They specialize in design-build work and assist their clients in all stages of the construction process.

+ They are currently participating in multiple large-scale joint ventures that will be here in the Midwest and east coast.

+ They are looking to add talent to their project management team to develop into a leadership position eventually.
