In our Critical Access Hospital, you will be exposed to the emergency department, acute care (Med/Surg), swing bed, surgery, outpatient treatment, and so much more!

**Responsibilities**

**Expectations:**

+ Deliver quality patient care in a fast-paced critical setting.

+ Excellent coordinating care for multiple patients at a time.

+ Excellent time management skills; maximizing slow periods to complete tasks during your shift.

+ Fostering a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families.

**Qualifications**

Associate's Degree in Nursing

+ **Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Graduate of an accredited nursing program

+ Active Registered Nursing License in North Dakota OR active compact RN license OR active ND RN Graduate Work Authorization and obtain ND RN License within 90 days of work authorization issue date

+ Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtained within 30 days of hire

+ ACLS & PALS must be obtained within 12 months of hire; will be acquired and maintained

PREFERRED: Medical-Surgical Unit and/or Long-Term Care RN experience
