Job Summary:##The NICU Registered Nurse (RN) renders professional nursing care to provide quality patient care. Treating a variety of illnesses brought on by extreme prematurity, chromosomal abnormalities, and multiple births, our Level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) allows us to care for the sickest newborns.Required: Illinois Registered Professional Nurse (RN) license Current CPR Certification issued by American Heart Association or the American Red Cross #(BLS Provider or BLS Instructor) NRP Certification within 90 days of start date Two years of NICU LEVEL III experience preferred# Excellent communication and customer service skills Preferred: Baccalaureate Degree or higher in Nursing If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must be enrolled in a Bachelor#s Degree in Nursing program and graduate within five years of position start date *Benefits offered by Edward-Elmhurst Health include: Medical, dental, and vision 401K Tuition reimbursement Paid time off Fitness center membership Plus many other Employee Perks # #
