The CIPBO laborer is responsible for assisting the CIPBO team with a variety of warehouse duties included, but not limited to verifying supplies and equipment against receiving documents, and also safely operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. He/she will be responsible for all physical tasks required to transport and store serviceable and unserviceable property book as well as consumable items at the CIPBO warehouse in support of the AFSBn-Bragg and the Installation Supply and Services Division (ISD) mission.

* Follow, perform and fulfill all requirements as documented in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), any policies and procedures as directed following Vectrus core values of integrity, respect and responsibility.
* Works with a framework of established supply reguliations, policies, and procedures and in the resolution of issues encountered in the process.
* Follow all prescribed directives as assigned by your supervisor or person in charged.
* Effectively communicate with all members of the team.
* Work together as one team to ensure goals are accomplished.
* Comply with all Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and company safety and licensing requirements.
* Responsible for manually loading and unloading freight, cars, trucks, or other transporting devices.
* Transports goods by hand truck, cart or pallet jack.
* Work involved requires pushing, pulling, carrying, stopping, bending, squatting and reaching.
* Assist in reporting any necessary repairs and maintenance on any assigned vehicle to CIPBO to your supervisor or person in charge by using Department of the Army (DA) form 2404.
* Assist any member in the performance of housekeeping.
* Performs other duties as assigned per team chief/supervisor or person in charge to meet organizational/operational objectives
* Job duties and responsibilities may change due to contractual requirements.


* Material Handling Equipment such as Pallet Jacks, Personal Protective Euipment (PPE), wheeled vehicle such as a box truck (as a passenger).


* Work will typically be in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment, with frequent exposure to extreme weather depending on the CIPBO mission.
* Rarely will an employee be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.


* Work may require to lift up to 50 pounds, stooping, climbing and prolonged standing and/or sitting.
* Physical requirements include lifting, climbing stairs and extended sitting or standing.
* Due to the COVID-19 pandemic preventive measures, all employees are required to wear a face mask, and maintained a 6-foot social distance.



* Must be a U.S. Citizen
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
* Attention to detail, excellent coordination, and great interpersonal and communication skills
* Good knowledge of the operation of Material Handling Equipment
* Valid State driver's license.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; ability to work in a team-based, highly collaborative
* environment and comply with all stafey policies.
* Capacity to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Excellent organizational, analytical, written and oral communication skills, possessing basic proficiency in English language (reading and writing), arithmetic, and customer service skills.
* Able to lift up to 50lbs.


* Basic undersanding of related DoD policies and directives, other Governmental regulations and directives as applicable to
* policies and procedures and accepted by industry standards, which provided the required knowledge, skills and abilities to
* perform the essential functions of the job.


* Skilled with the operation of all Material Handling Equipment such as pallet jacks.

* To be qualified for this position you must comply with the government customer's requirement that you either provide proof that you are fully vaccinated for COVID-19, as defined by the CDC, or agree to undergo and provide results of weekly COVID-19 testing.
* As of now, to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 you must have received either two doses of Pfizer BioNTech Vaccine, two doses of AstraZeneca/Oxford Vaccine, two doses of Moderna Vaccine, or one dose of Johnson & Johnson Vaccine, and two weeks must have elapsed after the final dose was administered.
