Compensation: $31.00/hr

A Typical Work Day May Include:

* Accountable for supporting and developing a strong team environment by training associates, leading a team and gain knowledge within departments to fill in as needed
* Influence change and partner with leadership to identify both sustainable efficiencies and growth opportunities
* Performing routine tasks to ensure functional operation and reliability of assets by partnering with maintenance personnel
* Prioritizing and scheduling work for a specific department along with completing hourly and daily paperwork
* Documenting completed work and the conditions found, utilizing maintenance computer software as necessary
* Interacting regularly with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote a teamwork focused environment
* Operating mobile equipment such as forklifts, loaders, etc.
* Comprehending mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and/or operation manuals
* Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures
* Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
* Other duties as assigned

What You Will Need:

* Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
* Must be 18 years or older
* Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience or leading projects in a production environment
* Demonstrate ability to work independently and as a team
* Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
* Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
* Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including a respirator
* Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
* Ability to work in confined spaces
* Basic computer skills
* Ability to work overtime including weekends, holidays, or different shifts with advance notice

What Will Put You Ahead:

* High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience
* Experience with continuous flow process environments, such as crush, refinery, or biodiesel operations
* Experience operating a forklift and/or similar equipment
* Experience with programming technologies, such programmable logic controllers (PLC) and variable frequency drives (VFD)
