* Completion of an associate, baccalaureate or master's degree program in Nursing. New graduate RNs must have a bachelor's or master's degree in Nursing. Associate's prepared RNs must have at least one year of RN experience. BSN strongly preferred and generally expected that BSN is obtained within 5 years of hire.
* Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota
* CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers
* Knowledge of current nursing practices and techniques
* Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing
* Ability to effectively participate on an interdisciplinary treatment team
* Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with patients, family member and co-workers
