**Description:** This position is for a team member who will be supporting the development and maintenance of training curriculum and technical documentation for the US/International Aegis, US Coast Guard, and Littoral Combat Ship \(LCS\) programs

\-Ensure project management controls are managed appropriately and reported accurately

\-Assure project major milestones are established and maintained through completion\.

\- Make certain that projects meet concepts, plans, statements of work and specification s required to meet customer needs, requirements, and standards

\-Plans schedules and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives\.

\-Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client\-satisfaction goals and objectives

**Basic Qualifications:**

\-Excellent communication skills \(oral and written\)\. Experience in development of System/Hardware technical documentations supporting Training products development\.

\-Be self\-motivated, self\-starter, reliable to work independently and as a team member and be willing to learn new equipment and systems to develop comprehensive training programs\.

\-Must be able to obtain a Secret government security clearance\. US citizenship is required\.

Overall broad knowledge, skills and experience in multi\-function Navy training disciplines:

\-Navy training process and resources familiarity\.

\-Focus on performance and delivering results with superior customer service

\-Ability to work effectively with customers, staff, management at various levels

\-Demonstrated problem solving and decision\-making skills\.

\-Excellent oral and written communication skills\.

\- \- Program start\-up experience

\- Willingness and ability to travel as required to meet organizational goals and objectives\.

\- Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat, MSWord, MS PowerPoint and MSExcel programs
