Join our National Sales team and be part of our VIP customer solutions consultancy and implementations!

Your Role
This exciting role is in our National Sales team and will see you managing and expanding the customer solutions offerings for our national and strategic key accounts. You will be covering solutions consulting, solutions support and solutions implementation. You will be working with a variety of stakeholders, including our internal sales and key accounts teams to drive the customer solutions activity, our customers to review their requirements, scope of business and be proactive in the GAP analysis process and finally with our internal IT and systems departments to provide advice and assistance with integration solutions as per global standards
Your Responsibilities
- Leading complex customer implementations to ensure smooth transitions for our customer and KN
- Providing professional consultancy for our customers in Air, Sea, Road related to Information Management services under the customer solutions umbrella
- Supporting Data Integration and Business Intelligence projects
- Providing training to our Sales and Key Accounts teams on our customer solution services
- Leading and coaching a team of technical experts
Your Skills and Experiences
- Supply chain / freight forwarding experience
- High IT literacy
- Project management experience
