What You Will Do:

The Professional Services Consultant manages professional services engagements with our clients and partners, including implementations, training, database migrations, data setup and other billable services. Through needs assessment and detailed project planning, the Professional Services Consultant will develop strong business partnerships with customers by functioning as a system expert, successfully onboarding clients and completing projects on-time and within budget.

Responsibilities will include: 
Prioritize and deliver on key customer projects: understand business requirements, identify challenges, manage projects and actively recognize cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
Implement a coordinated project plan to manage successful client implementations, migrations and other consulting engagements across the Mediaocean platform suite.
Provide product training, pre-sales and post-sales application related activities and escalated application support/hypercare in accordance with internal guidelines and policies for the Mediaocean platform suite.
Perform thorough needs assessments and requirements gathering activities.
Provide regular internal and external status updates highlighting accomplishments and risks.
Work directly with key client leads to provide expertise around software configuration.
Use expertise of Mediaocean software and customer environments to consult agencies on best practices.
Work closely with Mediaocean teams to ensure a smooth transition from implementation to feature adoption and utilization.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of in-progress product development, product vision and Mediaocean direction and be the client’s voice in product roadmap, opportunities and long-term vision discussions.
Maintain implementation, configuration and training documentation relevant to Mediaocean products as required.
Participate in internal UAT activities as required.
Maintain a good knowledge of the media/advertising industry and trends within the industry.
Who You Are:
3+ years of experience in a consulting or customer-facing role.
Proven ability to lead strategic projects involving various stakeholders.
Proven ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs.
Demonstrated ability to successfully and independently manage multiple project and resolve issues.
Exceptional project planning skills and ability to multi-task.
Proven track record in providing in-house and remote training.
Ability to tackle issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills.
Outstanding customer relationship skills. Proven ability to lead executive level customer conversations.
Ability to travel to customer sites as needed.
Prior experience with agency/marketer systems or related software/applications.
Project Management certification is highly regarded.
Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, business, information technology, or a related field preferred.
An understanding of accounting principles is desirable.
