As the Lead Quality Engineer, you will:
Drive the establishment of a core quality engineering frameworks/tooling to build out test and environment automation capabilities that enable the agile delivery of quality software in a DevOps environment.
You will co-own the platform vision, strategy and roadmap whilst providing technical direction and advocating continuous improvement.
You will collaborate with engineering teams across the bank to understand the challenges, champion best practices, establish metrics to measure our progress and deliver best-in-class tools to reduce the cycle time of delivering features to our customers.
You will have shared responsibility with our engineering teams to ensure our integrated test environments are stable and functional.
With leadership experiences in a similar role in an agile DevOps environment, you will have a strong knowledge of the different aspects of Quality Engineering, and how it is integrated into the agile software development lifecycle.
You will have built and delivered test automation in a complex heterogenous cloud environment involving digital front ends through to backend micro services; and feel right at home working with engineers on APIs, test automation and data management.
